Founder, Devon Kelley

Hi!! My name is Devon and I’m the owner and founder of DevEsthetics!

I joined the beauty industry professionally in 2015 when I followed my passion for makeup and began taking bridal clients. Throughout college I grew my clientele gradually and consistently that by my senior year in 2018, I knew this was what I wanted to do full time. I decided to get my esthetician license so when I graduated college I could jump right in!

Fast forward to 2019, I realized it was time to put my business degree to use and finally chase after my dream of owning my own business.

On a personal note, I was born and raised in East Norriton just a few minutes away from where my business is located. I graduated from West Chester University where I was the president of my sorority, Alpha Phi. My other love and passion is seeing the world. My goal is to visit 30 countries by the age of 30! So far I’ve been lucky enough to visit England, Scotland, Spain, France, Hungary, Austria, Greece, Aruba, Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas, Rwanda, Tanzania, Italy, Portugal, and Switzerland.

Artist, Cassie

Hi! I’m Cassie Rae. I’ve always loved creating, being detail oriented, and making things more beautiful.

While I was in high school and college makeup was just a hobby, helping friends get ready for prom and parties. In 2015 I ended up taking a solo trip to LA and attended a Kandee Johnson Glaminar where I discovered the endless possibilities of makeup as a career and completely fell in love with the Bridal Makeup Industry.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Kutztown University in 2017 and proceeded to the work in Finance excelling in leadership roles while growing my freelance makeup business from the ground up.

From what was a true side hustle throughout my corporate career eventually manifested into my full time career. When the pandemic hit, it really pushed me to just follow my dreams. I quit my job summer of 2020 and shifted my life entirely.

I received my Esthetician License December 2020 from The Salon Professional Academy. I finally became dedicated to esthetics and bridal makeup when Devon welcomed me into her business with open arms. I cannot wait to continuously grow my craft to give you the best beauty experience at DevEsthethics!

Artist, Chelsea

Hi! I’m Chelsea, your spray tan artist & makeup artist all in one!

I started spray tanning as a side hustle in 2011, so I’ve been in the spray tan game for 10 years!! In 2015 I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from West Chester University. Shortly after I started working for QVC as a buyer for beauty products & designer apparel clothing. After meeting with prestige beauty brands on a daily basis I became infatuated with all things beauty- cosmetics, skincare, haircare, etc. I became obsessed with glamming myself which further developed into glamming family, friends & now my own clientele.

Fast forward to 2021 and I officially left Corporate America to pursue my passion.
Joining a company full of hard-working boss babes who create such memorable & elevated experiences was a no-brainer. I’m so excited to work for the DevEsthetics team, and of course to meet all you beauties!

Team Manager, Becca

Hi! My name is Becca and I am the Executive Assistant and Team Manager for DevEsthetics.

I graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2018 with a degree in communications. I’ve spent the last few years working in a traditional office space role and decided to take a leap of faith into an industry I’ve always been passionate about. Ever since I discovered youtube makeup tutorials, I’ve been obsessed with all things beauty, hair and fashion. I couldn’t be more excited to join this team of talented women, and work along side my childhood best friend. Growing up with Dev, I know first hand that she has been a dreamer and doer since day one. I am more than grateful for this opportunity to join in on her vision of this business and grow with her!

I’ll be handling all things bridal, scheduling, assisting in weddings, executing the DevEsthetics Makeup Academy and more. I’m so excited to meet all of your beautiful faces along the way!
