Please read the following policies regarding any appointments at DevEsthetics.

LATENESS POLICY:

Here at DevEsthetics, LLC  we have a 10 minute late policy. If you are running late, please send a text to us to let us know. If you are unable to make it to your appointment in the grace period time frame, you will have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. We value you as a client and thank you for respecting our time!

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointments are very important to the DevEsthetics team members.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. All cancellations and changes must be made during business hours. All DMs, emails and texts regarding the salon are only checked and responded to during business hours.

 

If you need to remove a part of the service you are currently booked for, you must notify us within 24 hours or you will be charged 50% of the service you are wanting to remove. Please note you are reserving a specific timeframe for each visit according to services you booked. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% the cost of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% the cost of the scheduled service. In order for these fees to be waived, any appointment changes and cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment AND within our business hours. Please understand it is YOUR responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

 

Under no circumstances can you give your appointment to someone else. For example, if you need to cancel your appointment, your mom/sister/friend cannot show up to that appointment without asking permission first, as we have a long waitlist of clients who need to get in for services that we would offer the appointment to first. If this is something you would like to do, please just ask us first.

 

We understand that health emergencies and sickness are legitimate reasons for cancelling an appointment, and we urge people to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness. However, due to this being out of our control, we must still enforce our cancellation policy.

 

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED:

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. DevEsthetics, LLC reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

 

NO REFUNDS:

All transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS

For the safety and sanitation of our guests, DevEsthetics LLC does not allow additional guests, children or animals without an appointment at the salon.

 

PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS:

Cancellations: All deposits for permanent makeup procedures are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hrs or do not show up for your appointment, there is a cancellation/no show fee for half of what the service would cost. You may not book future appointments until you pay this fee.

 

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment ONCE, and only if it is at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any rescheduling after that would require a new deposit. We also cannot guarantee to get you in for the next date you would want. If you reschedule your first appointment, we will have to reschedule both appointments to make sure there is the correct amount of healing time between your initial and follow up appointment.

 

Lateness: If you are 10 minutes late or more, you will need to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit. Please arrive on time.
